Digital Conversion Specialist

**An expert who will up improve the quality, relevance and performance of our digital campaign landing pages at scale**:
Coveo is looking for a creative, driven landing page expert to join our growing digital marketing team. The landing page expert will be responsible for improving the performance, quality and relevance of our campaign landing pages (used in PPC and paid social campaigns) at scale.
- *In more details, here's what a day-to-day in the role looks like**:
- You'll be responsible for getting excellent pages designed, built and tracked by campaign and at scale across all of our campaigns.
- You'll be setting up a system to empower marketers to build their own pages using templates, and rely on agencies to accelerate our campaign time to market. You'll add capacity by being hands-on, playing a role to build pages yourself, but also clarify workflow, templates and processes to achieve greater velocity and scale.
- You'll develop an A/B testing strategy and set up an experimentation framework to quickly and efficiently build hypotheses, launch tests, and implement the winning results.
- You'll be obsessed with measurement and setting benchmarks, to identify best practices, document design practices that work & lead creation of new templates, etc.
- You'll partner with marketing experts across the team on your mission - product marketing, designers, copywriters, and you'll lean on agencies where needed.
- *Your success will be measured by**:
- Improving time to market for new landing pages, including increasing the volume of landing page production
- # of hypotheses tested, and A/B run
- Landing page conversions and yield (conversion rate, lead quality, etc.)

We have a world-class marketing team, ambitious goals and the tools and means of our ambition. On your side, you'll bring a strong understanding of landing page best practices, and a passion for results, learning and continuous improvement.
- *To succeed in the role, you'll need:
- 5+ years work experience building and optimizing landing pages and optimizing Ad campaigns. Ideally in a B2B or complex sales environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of Unbounce or similar landing page platforms for advertising. Knowledge of the Sitecore CMS is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of landing page design principles and best practices for conversion on each ad platform - Google Ads, Linkedin, etc. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager too.
- Expert knowledge of A/B testing and landing page optimization best practices; strong knowledge on how to optimize how traffic performs on landing pages.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
- Intermediate web design and integration skills including a working knowledge of JavaScript and a strong proficiency with JS, HTML and CSS.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English, as most of our target audience is US based.
