Senior E-commerce Growth Manager

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive significant growth across our client's e-commerce platforms and social media channels. You will own the customer journey from acquisition to retention, leveraging data insights to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media advertising. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) to drive traffic and conversions. Develop and execute a robust email marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional materials. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, identifying trends and actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our client remains competitive. Manage the e-commerce budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives. Conduct A/B testing on website elements, marketing campaigns, and customer journeys to continuously improve performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving growth. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with performance marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly desirable. Creative thinking and a passion for digital innovation.
