Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join their dynamic, fully remote team. Based in or ideally servicing the Laval, Quebec, CA region, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage our target audience across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content strategy. You will have the autonomy to craft innovative strategies and leverage data analytics to optimize performance, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display advertising. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads and social media, optimizing for conversions and ROI. Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the e-commerce website. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis. Create compelling and on-brand marketing copy and creative assets for various digital channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize conversion rates on the e-commerce site. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement within the digital space. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and user behavior. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development for new product launches and promotional campaigns. This role requires significant collaboration with various internal teams, despite being a fully remote position supporting operations connected to Laval, Quebec, CA . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and engagement. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics). Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and their marketing functionalities. Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an asset. This is a fully remote position, but ideally, candidates will be located within a reasonable distance for occasional in-person collaboration if needed, servicing the Laval, Quebec, CA area.
