Looking for an experienced SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic search strategy, improve rankings, and drive qualified traffic and leads/sales for our agency clients. You will handle strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, client communication, client reports, reviewing blogs, work, making surei ncrease on results

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clear SEO strategy aligned with our business goals (traffic, leads, revenue).

Conduct keyword research and mapping for core pages, blog content, and future landing pages.

Audit the site (technical, content, on-page) and create a prioritized SEO roadmap with quick wins and long‑term projects.

Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, schema, images, and content structure.

Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile, redirects, thin/duplicate content).

Plan and oversee white-hat link-building and digital PR efforts to grow high-quality referring domains.

Collaborate with our content team/writer to create and optimize SEO-focused content and landing pages.

Set up and maintain tracking in Google Analytics and Google Search Console; report regularly on rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Stay up to date with algorithm changes and SEO best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.

Required skills and experience

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally as an SEO Manager or Lead for agencies or similar businesses.

Proven success growing organic traffic and conversions (share 2–3 examples with metrics and what you did).

Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building best practices.

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, and keyword research tools.

Experience working with [your CMS, e.g., WordPress / Shopify / Webflow].

Comfortable creating clear reports and explaining results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong English communication skills and reliable availability during [your preferred time zone/hours].

Nice-to-have

Experience with local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, local landing pages) if relevant to your project.

Basic understanding of CRO and how SEO and landing page optimization work together.

Familiarity with PPC and how to align SEO with paid search and social campaigns.
