Role Overview

The Marketing Platform Integration Manager is pivotal in managing seamless connections between Adobe Workfront and key enterprise systems such as Zeta, Coupa, Salesforce, and JIRA. This role is essential for ensuring effective data transfer, automating processes, and aligning various marketing technologies to enhance campaign execution and provide valuable performance insights.

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Fusion for orchestrating workflows and managing intricate integrations, complemented by a solid technical foundation. This position reports to the VP of Marketing Platform Enablement and will closely collaborate with the integration leader.

In addition to traditional integration responsibilities, this role will significantly contribute to the utilization of AI within marketing operations. The selected individual will integrate Generative AI tools into the Adobe Workfront ecosystem to improve efficiency and innovation throughout the marketing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance integrations between Adobe Workfront, Zeta, Salesforce, JIRA, and other marketing platforms.
  • Lead the incorporation of generative AI platforms into marketing content and workflows, working alongside the Product Manager to create an AI-focused product roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize features that utilize AI for improved operational efficiency across marketing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Adobe Fusion workflows that ensure robust logic and governance alignment.
  • Partner with MarTech and business leaders to translate marketing needs into effective integration solutions, maintaining documentation and integration playbooks.
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize solutions continuously.
  • Manage the testing schedule for Adobe Workfront's quarterly product releases.
  • Provide guidance on platform decisions based on business impact and risk management.
  • Develop policies governing data stewardship and compliance across the platform.
  • Stay informed about regulatory guidelines and industry trends to assist in shaping future strategies.
  • Maintain close communication with product managers and functional users to align across projects.
  • Prepare business cases for new technology implementations or upgrades to existing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Data Insights team to ensure alignment with reporting and analytics needs.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the existing Marketing Technology stack to contribute to optimization goals.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or, alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in technology and application management.
  • 3+ years of experience with work management applications and integrating systems, including Adobe Workfront & Fusion.
  • Experience incorporating Generative AI into marketing strategies and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools within marketing or automation contexts.
  • Proven ability to build AI-powered automations for campaign processes.
  • Strong understanding of quality control and governance for AI-based content.
  • Willingness to travel for business as required.

  • Experience supporting Marketing functions is strongly preferred.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and driving innovation.
  • Experience in product management within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver customer solutions through all project stages.
  • Experience operating in regulated industries.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with application development and Agile methodologies.

Position Grade/Level: 11

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $155,000 annually and includes an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will be tailored based on experience and skills.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test and background investigation as part of the onboarding process.
  • Must meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires must have 9 months in role before applying for other positions.
