E-Commerce Representative with Minimal 1+ Years

A leading Manufacturer of Outdoor Living Products located in Pomona CA is seeking a E-commerce and Customer Service representative.

Process online orders and prepare shipping labels for Major Dot.com partners
Data entry, inventory, invoice and ship log updates
Assist with the setup and integration of new product launches across multiple partner websites including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock.
Update content of product listings across multiple vendor platforms.
Maintain and organize daily POs and related documents
Respond to and resolve inquiries of incoming calls, emails or chats from guests professionally
Carefully and patiently listen to the guest’s questions or complaints before following protocol in order to resolve the issue or answer the question
Answer questions pertaining to product and general product inquiries
Properly create exchanges, sales orders, credit memos, service calls, credit adjustments and refund requests
Answer general questions regarding manufacturer’s warranties
Open tickets with vendor partners in order to resolve issues regarding product listings.
Update weekly inventory and sales reports to support company forecasting meetings
Select and prepare parts for fulfillment of website and phone orders.
Coordinate with shipping carriers via phone or email to arrange timely pickup of shipments.

Detail oriented, organized, responsible and courteous
Experience in E-commerce order processing
Familiar with Microsoft Office Software
Positive attitude and a team player
Possess solid communication skills
Need to be able to multitask
High School Graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of customer service/ E-Commerce experience
Fluent in English
Legal work status

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
