As an **E-Commerce Executive**, you will oversee product listings, manage online marketplaces, execute digital marketing strategies, and optimize sales performance. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• *Product Listings**: Set up, manage, and optimize product listings across online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
• *Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• *Product Launches**: Execute new product launches and promotions.
• *Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance.
• *Online Sales Channels**: Manage and optimize online store operations.
• *Customer Experience**: Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
• *Business Review**: Conduct sales and performance evaluations for improvement.
• *Warehouse Operations**: Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• *Key Account Management**: Build and maintain relationships with key online partners.
• *Requirements**:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and e-commerce platforms.
• *Skills**:
• *Technical Skills**:
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Data analysis and performance tracking abilities.
• Understanding of online sales strategies and customer behavior.
• *Soft Skills**:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• *Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)**:
• Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or relevant e-commerce certifications.
