About The Role
Nclusion is building a portfolio of consumer-facing financial products, including digital wallets, cards, remittances, and loyalty programs, across the U.S. and international markets. We operate through locally grounded entities, designing products and experiences that reflect community behaviors and expectations, while earning customer trust within complex, regulated financial environments.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to support and execute our early marketing efforts. This role is focused on on-the-ground localized execution, establishing partnerships with external agencies and working with them and our internal teams to launch products, run campaigns, and support market entry, while ensuring marketing activity aligns with regulatory and operational realities.
What You’ll Do
- Support the rollout and maintenance of localized, customer-facing brands in emerging markets
- Help establish and maintain the Nclusion brand for employees and partners across international entities
- Brief and manage external agencies to deliver brand, launch, and campaign work within clear scope and timelines
- Execute go-to-market activity for new products and market launches
- Run campaigns across retail, trade, community, social, and partner channels
- Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure marketing execution is practical and compliant
- Assess and prioritize marketing programs and channels based on local market needs and impact
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Spanish fluency or professional working ability, French is a nice to have
- Willingness to travel, including regular time in Palo Alto and in-market
- Hands-on experience working with agencies to deliver campaigns and launches
- Experience supporting or building distinct brands within a broader global or multi-market brand framework
- Strong execution skills with a practical, detail-oriented approach
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, resource-conscious environments

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $145,000 – $175,000 per year.
