Marketing & Branding Executive

Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives • Build and maintain strong brand identity across all marketing channels • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO) • Manage branding materials including brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and corporate profiles • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Support lead generation activities and track campaign performance • Manage social media presence, content calendars, and engagement metrics • Oversee website content updates ensuring brand consistency • Prepare marketing reports and analyze KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness Required Skills & Competencies• Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding strategies • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms • Knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles • UAE market experience highly preferred • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, etc.)Preferred Attributes• Experience in consultancy, corporate services, or B2B marketing • Knowledge of branding for professional services or startups • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) •
