Role Overview
Hire-to-Retire AI Transformation Orchestration SME and People Data Strategy Track Lead SME
We have an opportunity for a dynamic, cross-functional strategist and operator to serve as our People Data Strategy & Hire-to-Retire Orchestration Lead, joining our People & Places (HR) organization in North America and reporting to the Senior Director, HR Operations. In this pivotal role, you will co-lead the People Data Strategy track and serve as the strategic orchestrator for the full Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream—overseeing and driving forward interconnected AI-powered initiatives spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and other cross-functional partners across the entire H2R employee lifecycle.
Be a Contributor - What You\'ll Do
Strategic Orchestration across Hire-to-Retire
- Partner across People & Places (HR) with key internal stakeholders and lead Infoblox-wide strategic AI program to drive strategy, alignment, and execution across all H2R phase one tracks, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Enablement, Talent Development & Mobility, and People Data Strategy.
- Lead cross-functional coordination and program rhythm with stakeholders in HR, IT, PMO, Legal, and Finance to deliver on H2R milestones, OKRs, and KPIs.
- Define governance, operating cadence, and progress tracking frameworks across H2R AI initiatives to ensure cohesion and accountability.
- Translate the H2R vision into tactical execution roadmaps, prioritizing AI use cases by impact, feasibility, and speed to value.
People Data Strategy H2R Track Leadership
- Co-lead the execution of the People Data Strategy transformation.
- Drive the evolution of the People Intelligence Engine (PIE) — a centralized platform to deliver real-time, persona-based workforce insights.
- Lead development and implementation of predictive analytics, AI/ML-driven modeling, and self-service capabilities across HR and business cohorts.
AI-Powered Process Transformation
- Champion identification, design, and delivery of AI agent use cases across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, knowledge management, employee insights, and reporting automation).
- Optimize reporting and data operations during coverage of the People Analytics Lead\'s leave, ensuring seamless BAU analytics and delivery of operational dashboards.
Cross-Track Integration & Innovation
- Act as connective tissue across H2R tracks to identify synergies, eliminate redundancy, and accelerate cross-domain adoption of AI tooling.
- Ensure integration between data strategy and talent experience workstreams (AI-enhanced onboarding, AI-assisted internal mobility, and predictive attrition modeling).
People Data Strategy Track - Strategic Execution & Leadership
- Co-lead the People Data Strategy track with interlocks across HR, Finance, IT, and PMO functions; serves as a key contact for Infoblox-wide strategic AI program.
- Provide continuity during the People Analytics and Reporting lead\'s six-month leave, ensuring roadmap execution, team alignment, and communication cadence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize the People Intelligence Engine (PIE), transitioning from static to predictive people analytics.
- Partner with the People Analytics and Reporting lead to build relationships and understand business needs.
- Drive and execute on business needs for People and Places data and reporting deliverables during run-the-business periods when the lead is unavailable.
Data Architecture & Analytics Enablement - Empowered by Agent AI
- Define and standardize HR data architecture, consolidating core metrics.
- Design and oversee persona-based dashboards for various audiences.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to implement predictive and prescriptive analytics powered by AI/ML.
Process Automation & AI Enabled Enhancements
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows.
- Partner with the People Data Strategy SME to support AI-driven analytics initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of new reports and dashboards.
- Assist in shaping the future of people analytics through innovation and automation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design, develop, and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards in Oracle HCM.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Governance & Compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders and tool strategy owners to enforce strong data governance frameworks.
- Ensure dashboards and systems comply with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and employ role-based access/security.
Change Management & User Adoption
- Lead enablement and adoption of self-service analytics and natural language query tools across user groups.
- Establish user feedback loops, analytics dashboards, and agile sprints to drive continuous improvements.
Be Prepared - What You Bring
- 10+ years of HR analytics, workforce strategy, or business transformation experience, ideally within global tech environments.
- Deep experience orchestrating cross-functional programs, including Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action, curiosity, and ability to translate big ideas into measurable outcomes.
- The ability to "plug and play" — demonstrates nimbleness even in areas not tied to subject matter expertise to enable speed and decisiveness.
- Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context.
- Proven success leading cross-functional data initiatives within HR or people-centric environments.
- Proficiency with modern data platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with HCM systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) and integrating large, disparate HR datasets.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks affecting HR data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across global teams and executive levels.
- Experience working in or supporting People/HR teams within global technology companies.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in workforce analytics and forecasting.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and dashboard lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in human resources, data analytics, or related field.

One Year: Launch cohort-based dashboards that unleash the power of our People Intelligence. Continue to drive enablement of broader H2R digital transformation efforts aligned with FY27 corporate data strategy.
