Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Analyst to support reporting, data collection, performance updates, and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing and communications, with an analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize and report data across multiple platforms. This role will support leadership communications and performance tracking for several key initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect data from dashboards for weekly reporting and communications
• Draft weekly performance updates for JR leadership
• Track and report on "Fuel For Growth" and "Momentum" initiatives
• Create biweekly updates for Winner Circle and Solutions In Motion Roadshows
• Coordinate with Global Growth Marketing to ensure Roadshows are executed as planned and regularly reported
• Attend national QBRs, summarize key findings, and develop related reports
• Analyze and report on:
• Asset behavior by area, region, territory
• Sales performance by area, region, territory
• Funnel engagement metrics and ROI
• Create monthly decks and cost calculation templates for IDN and competitive conversions

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
• Proven experience with data collection, performance reporting, and summarizing key insights
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Experience with report creation, dashboards, and marketing performance metrics
