Title: Ecommerce Operations Specialist (Amazon & eTail)
Reports to: Director, Amazon eCommerce
Primary Location: New York Metropolitan Area (hybrid)
Position Summary
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to support and help grow our Amazon business while expanding operational excellence across additional eTail channels (e.g., Walmart, Target, marketplaces). This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to own the day-to-day execution that keeps product content, catalogs, and platforms running smoothly. In this role you will ensure listings are optimized, issues are resolved quickly, and product detail pages are best-in-class across all channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Amazon & eTail Operations
- Manage product catalog setup and maintenance across Amazon and other eTail platforms
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)
- Upload and manage images, A+ Content, and PDP assets
- Execute PDP optimizations to improve conversion and discoverability
- Monitor listing health, suppressed ASINs, and content compliance issues
Case Management & Platform Support
- Open, track, and resolve Amazon Seller/Vendor Central cases
- Troubleshoot catalog, content, variation, and inventory-related issues
- Partner with internal teams and external support to resolve platform errors efficiently
Cross-Channel Support
- Support product launches and updates across additional eCommerce channels
- Ensure content consistency and accuracy across platforms
- Assist with operational execution tied to promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising changes
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
- Working knowledge of product listings, catalog management, and PDP optimization
- Experience uploading and managing images, A+ Content, and variations
- Comfortable opening and managing cases with Amazon support
- Experience supporting additional eTail channels (Walmart, Target, DTC platforms)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for ecommerce
- Experience working with analytics or performance dashboards

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and incentives. The base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000 but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
