Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including facility maintenance, supply procurement, and equipment management to ensure an efficient and comfortable working environment for staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
• Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, images, and stock.
• Ensure correct categories, keywords, and SEO for PDPs.
• Monitor store ratings, reviews, chat response, and service levels.
• Execute and manage campaigns (Payday, Double Digit, Mid-Month, etc.) with mechanics, vouchers, bundles, GWP.
• Liaise with KAMs/Senior Executives for marketing events and traffic opportunities.
• Track campaign performance (GMV, orders) and provide insights.
• Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creative assets and PDP visuals.
• Support or host livestream campaigns (scripts, product selection, promo setup).
• Manage on-platform ads (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and monitor performance metrics.
• Handle campaign submissions, approvals, and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure compliance with platform/internal SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of promotions and reports.
• Maintain strong response rate and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administrative, marketing or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in E-commerce industry.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good working attitude, reliable, initiative and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
