Marketing Assistant – Digital

The Role

We are looking for a creative, organised, and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant – Digital to join our in?house team. If you enjoy creating content, supporting campaigns, and bringing brand stories to life online, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, fast?paced environment. About the Role As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing activities across social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand is consistently represented and that our digital presence is engaging, professional, and effective. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms. Support the development of digital campaigns and promotional materials. Update website content and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and database management. Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, photos, and updates. Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports. Support the creation of digital assets such as graphics, presentations, and short videos. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Strong interest in digital marketing and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are an advantage. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
