Digital Marketing & Social Media Growth Manager (On-Site)
Coastal BlackWe are a fast-growing agritourism and events business hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Growth Manager to drive online traffic, ticket sales, and product sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
- Create content (Reels, Shorts, posts, stories)
- Design marketing assets using Canva
- Build and update Shopify pages and promotions
- Run email campaigns and segment customers
- Manage Facebook/Instagram and TikTok ads
- Use AI tools for content, ads, and workflows
- Be on-site for festivals (weekends & holidays) and capture live content
Requirements
- Proven experience with business social media
- Strong Canva skills (required)
- Shopify and email marketing experience
- Paid ads experience
- Comfortable on camera
- Reliable, self-directed, and long-term minded
Important: On-site role only. Must be available weekends/holidays during event season. Portfolio required.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
