Role Overview

AutoShack is hiring a senior operations leader to drive execution, accountability, and measurable performance improvement across our high-SKU ecommerce catalog environment.

This role manages a 10+ person team and is accountable for delivering operational results, not strategy alone.

If you have not led large teams in a structured retail or ecommerce environment and delivered measurable operational improvements, this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Accountable For

• Governance of a tens-of-thousands-SKU automotive catalog
• Product data accuracy, completeness, and execution standards
• Speed-to-launch and operational throughput
• Reduction of listing and data errors
• Team performance, discipline, and KPI ownership
• Cross-functional execution with IT, Marketing, and Operations

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution and process enforcement.

Required Experience

• 8+ years in catalog operations, product data, retail systems, or high-SKU ecommerce environments
• 5+ years managing teams, including experience leading 10+ direct or indirect reports
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational KPIs
• Experience owning structured product data at scale (20,000+ SKUs minimum)
• Experience working with ERP, PIM, or enterprise ecommerce systems
• Strong process discipline and ability to build scalable workflows

Marketplace experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Shopping) is strongly preferred but not required for candidates with proven high-SKU operational leadership.
