The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our team as a picker/packer. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
• Ensure proper labelling and shipping of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Web & Warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Team-oriented.
• Great verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and able to endure consistent lifting and moving.
• Self-motivated that requires little to no supervision when working.
• Extremely reliable.
• Organized and able to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

• The schedule is: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM / Some weekends required during busy sale months (August, November, January)

• order packing: 2-3 years (required)
• order picking: 2-3 years (required)
