Digital Marketing Designer

We're looking for an innovative, fast-paced Senior Digital Marketing Designer to help support our growing digital marketing clientele. Design the evolution of marketing thru design solutions for various channels that exceed our clients' objectives. Candidates must have superior design thinking skills when it comes to paid, organic, and email design, with an understanding of design principals. Designers will collaborate with a variety of clients, and internal team members such as copywriters, Digital Marketers, and other designers. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to take existing branding and apply it in a visually exciting and engaging way. Must have strong attention to detail and possesses strong storytelling abilities. This role will not need to do ad implementing on various platforms, copywriting or Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will partner with digital marketers to create visually impactful, on-brand campaigns and experiences that drive deeper engagement and growth opportunities
- The ideal candidate will bring their full-circle design ideas across a broad spectrum of outputs and channels including, static and animated digital ads, organic social, landing pages, and emails
- Applying creativity, critical thinking and proven measurements (analytics) in new situations to find the best solution, while continuously striving to find better ways of doing things
- The ability to design in the role of the customer and always thinking back to the target audience while staying on brand
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design
- 3+ years of digital marketing design experience
- Positive attitude and takes design critique well
- Effectively works in a deadline-driven atmosphere with quick-turnaround?
- Strong communication skills to pitch clients on ideas, using past experiences and analytics to back up your designs
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to be a storyteller
- Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
- Knowledge of social media paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Has experience designing Google display ads, paid social ads, and organic social posts
- Ability to design static and animated ads. Canva is acceptable for animation
- Knows how to design emails for CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Mailchimp

Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
