The Opportunity

As a Marketing Analytics Consultant, you will be an essential member of our marketing data & AI team. Your focus will be on creating measurement strategies, executing performance reports, and delivering insights that drive business results. You should be an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Measurement & Performance Analytics:
  • Develop and refine marketing campaign measurement frameworks across various channels.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent metrics and definitions across all reporting outputs.
  • Evaluate attribution methods aligned with client goals and industry standards.
  • Reporting & Insight Delivery:
  • Create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate marketing performance insights.
  • Conduct detailed analyses on channel performance and audience behavior.
  • Assess media effectiveness across all channels, reporting on impressions and cost metrics.
  • Work with data from digital platforms (Google, Meta, DSPs) to gain insights into customer engagement and conversions.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data Quality & Governance:
  • Review and document data sources utilized for campaign analytics.
  • Partner with technical teams to identify data gaps and ensure data integrity.
  • Implement data quality standards and governance practices.
  • Cross-Functional Analytics Support:
  • Collaborate with diverse teams within Accenture Song to deliver integrated analytics solutions.
  • Identify analytics opportunities to enhance content creation and customer journey analysis.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure holistic approaches to client outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing data analytics and campaign measurement, particularly in consumer and digital data.
  • Proficient in data assessment methodologies and integrating various data sources.
  • Experience in documenting analytics requirements and writing user stories.
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts.
  • 1+ year of experience in providing analytics support to Financial Services clients.
