Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies, focusing on increasing traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing campaigns. Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring maximum ROI. Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce site. Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve website user experience, checkout process, and overall conversion funnels. Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and retargeting strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives. Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement. Stay current with emerging e-commerce technologies, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing and growth strategy. Proven track record of successfully driving significant revenue growth for online businesses. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social media advertising, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent project management and communication skills.
