The Senior E-commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers and maximize lifetime value. This includes managing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing, and other performance-driven channels. You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). A deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and the ever-evolving social media landscape is crucial. You will also play a key role in shaping our brand's online narrative and driving engagement through compelling content and community management initiatives, all while contributing to the overall e-commerce strategy and business goals in **San Diego, California**.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to achieve target KPIs. Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign performance analysis. Identify and develop new growth opportunities through emerging digital channels and partnerships. Analyze website traffic, conversion funnels, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign targeting to maximize performance and ROI. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging marketing collateral and social media content. Manage the e-commerce budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Stay current with the latest trends in social media, e-commerce, digital advertising, and consumer behavior. Report on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and affiliate partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media advertising and performance marketing. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid social and SEM campaigns with significant budgets. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, advertising interfaces, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling marketing copy. Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Experience in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing is a plus.
