Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join their rapidly growing online retail business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from inventory management and order picking to packing and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, preparing orders for shipment, and coordinating with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries. You will utilize our inventory management system to track stock levels, process returns, and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our fulfillment processes is highly encouraged. Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to shipment. Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy. Pick, pack, and label orders according to company standards. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly documented and meet carrier requirements. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or orders. Contribute to the optimization of warehouse layout and picking routes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce fulfillment best practices. Provide feedback on improving fulfillment processes and systems. Qualifications: Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Proficiency with inventory management software and order fulfillment systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and carriers. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus. Familiarity with shipping carrier platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
