Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on key channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve target KPIs, including ROI, CPA, and ROAS. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign targeting and content creation. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and message resonance. Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking. Monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign performance data, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for website optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams (content creators, designers, sales) and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative approaches. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and data analysis. Proven experience in managing successful SEO, SEM, and social media advertising campaigns. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting. A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or relevant platforms are a plus.
