Key Responsibilities

Design a scalable Creative Portfolio Optimization System

Develop a disciplined framework for creative allocation and testing methodologies

Create a documented optimization system for internal operational use

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in direct response marketing

Experience managing large-scale direct mail programs

Background in credit card, insurance, fintech, or telecom acquisition preferred

Experience with control / challenger frameworks

Knowledge of portfolio-level optimization and testing design
