Key Responsibilities: Lead diagnostic analytics for Genre Pack acquisition performance and identify performance drivers Develop pack-level insights and evaluate packaging strategies for modern audiences Own executive dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment across departments Required Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or related quantitative roles Strong experience in acquisition diagnostics and root-cause analysis Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting systems Ability to synthesize complex data into structured, decision-oriented insights
