Digital Advertising Campaign Manager (Meta + Google Ads) – Lead Generation & Performance Focus

Job Description

AMPTRA CHARGING is a fast-growing U.S.-based portable charger rental startup working with bars, restaurants, nightlife venues, and distribution partners.

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads.

Our goal is to generate high-quality leads (venue owners, distributors, and partners) and build a scalable paid acquisition channel.

This is an ongoing role, starting with testing and optimization, with potential to scale long-term.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

Build and test campaign structures, audiences, and targeting

Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions

Create and test ad copy

(Preferred) Create ad creatives (images/videos) or collaborate with our SMM

Set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, etc.)

Analyze performance and provide weekly reports with insights

Continuously improve CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS

Requirements

Proven experience managing Meta Ads + Google Ads

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels

Experience with conversion tracking and analytics

Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

Ability to create ad creatives (static + simple video)

Experience with B2B lead generation

Experience with local / venue-based businesses

Experience working with startups or early-stage brands

Experience collaborating with content/social teams

Budget

Open to hourly or monthly proposals

Initial testing phase → scale based on performance
