Marketing Analyst

Position Overview

As a Marketing Analyst based at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will drive impactful marketing decisions for an extensive selection of over 42,000 quality products. In this role, you will review data, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives for Uline’s Direct Marketing team as part of a company backed by 45+ years of success and remarkable growth across North America. This is an on-site position where your bilingual skills (English / Spanish) and analytical expertise will be key to influencing executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate customer trends and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights for executive management.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and industry trends, offering recommendations to enhance future strategies.
• Simplify complex data for clear, concise presentations.
• Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through automation and optimized queries.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written communication.
• 2+ years of experience in business or marketing analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to present issues and recommendations concisely.
