Freelance Marketing

This role focuses on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to engage key decision-makers within federal agencies, with a particular emphasis on promoting advanced data analytics services. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to design impactful campaigns, leveraging industry insights and digital channels to maximize outreach effectiveness. The position is remote, based in Puerto Rico, and may require occasional travel. This is a project-based opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on performance and results.

Deliverables

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to federal agency audiences.
• Create compelling messaging and content that highlights data analytics capabilities.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within targeted government agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing outreach efforts and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on B2G (business-to-government) or federal sector outreach.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, LinkedIn, analytics).
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Based in Puerto Rico, with flexibility for occasional travel as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
