• Maintain proactive communication with Sweet Fish producers, anticipating their needs and delivering prompt, high-quality responses.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in our clients' industries to avoid clichéd phrases and ensure fresh content.
• Develop a profound understanding of our customers' businesses to support their objectives and connect with their target audiences.
• Participate in feedback sessions with clients, producers, and the Creative Director to continuously enhance workflows and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
