We’re looking for a part-time, creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategist to help grow our online presence and take our real estate brand to the next level. You’ll manage our social media, create original engaging content, and integrate AI tools to make our campaigns more innovative, efficient, and effective. If you love combining strategy, creativity, and data to drive results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our digital marketing strategies across web, social media, email, and advertising.
- Collaborate with graphic designer to produce videos, graphics, blogs, and other content that tells our story.
- Plan, produce and post content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Blue sky as well as any up-and-coming platforms.
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Notion AI) to generate content, analyze performance, and automate workflows.
- Create and maintain social media calendars, aligning posts with agent workflow.
- Oversee email and CRM campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations.
- Keep website content fresh and SEO-optimized.
- Monitor online feedback, respond to inquiries, and maintain Google Business listing.
- Stay on top of social media trends, digital marketing innovations, and AI tools to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- A career focus in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (a degree is preferred but not necessary.)
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
- Experience with AI marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Comfortable with SEO, analytics, social ads, and basic graphic design.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Some real estate knowledge is welcomed but not required.
Additional Notes
- Job Type: Part-time, Contract
- Pay: Hourly and commensurate with experience.
- Expected hours: 14-18 per week as needed.
- Work Location: This position is primarily remote but there will be a mandatory 4 hours per week that need to be spent in the Cleveland office. The remaining hours can be spent working remotely and/or on an as-needed basis.
- Team member will be classified as an “independent contractor” and will be responsible for withholding and paying their own taxes.
- All parking fees will be reimbursed.
