We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Engagement Marketing Specialist who can enhance sales through community involvement and guest loyalty. If you're skilled at networking and brimming with creativity, we’d love to connect with you!

As a Community Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will take on rewarding responsibilities that include:

• Collaborating with the Managing Partner and management team to design and implement local marketing strategies aimed at boosting guest loyalty, increasing foot traffic, and driving sales.
• Promoting exciting in-house promotions at Texas Roadhouse, such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, and more!
• Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other organizations during food and bread runs.
• Establishing positive connections with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic organizations.
• Planning and executing community and charitable events to enhance Texas Roadhouse’s reputation as a leader in the community and increase brand visibility.
• Supporting public relations efforts through cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that highlight Texas Roadhouse.
• Regularly updating the Managing Partner, management team, and staff on ongoing programs, plans, and outcomes through Alley Rallies and other channels.
