Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

 Respondpromptlytocustomer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and phone.

 Provide accurate information on products, promotions, order status, shipping, returns, and

exchanges.

 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining

professionalism.

 Processreturns, refunds, and replacement requests according to company policies.

 Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order

fulfillment and problem resolution.

 Trackandescalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

 Monitorcustomerfeedback and reviews, reporting recurring issues for improvement.

 Assistwith updating FAQs and customer service guidelines.

 Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and special events by ensuring smooth

communication with customers.

 Maintainaccurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

 Diploma/Degreein Business, Communications, E-commerce, or related field.

 Provenexperience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

 Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.

 Abilityto handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

 Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

 Proficient in MS Office and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify, Lazada,Shopeetools).

 FluentinEnglish (additional languages are a plus).

 Positive, patient, and customer-centric attitude.
