Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
Respondpromptlytocustomer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and phone.
Provide accurate information on products, promotions, order status, shipping, returns, and
exchanges.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining
professionalism.
Processreturns, refunds, and replacement requests according to company policies.
Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order
fulfillment and problem resolution.
Trackandescalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Monitorcustomerfeedback and reviews, reporting recurring issues for improvement.
Assistwith updating FAQs and customer service guidelines.
Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and special events by ensuring smooth
communication with customers.
Maintainaccurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Diploma/Degreein Business, Communications, E-commerce, or related field.
Provenexperience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
Abilityto handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify, Lazada,Shopeetools).
FluentinEnglish (additional languages are a plus).
Positive, patient, and customer-centric attitude.
