We're looking for a dynamic, data-driven leader to help scale the ecommerce and performance marketing engine. This role is fully remote and reports directly to the VP of Global Marketing. You'll have ownership across Amazon marketplace, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and paid media—driving revenue, shaping strategy, and influencing how the brand shows up online. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending strategy with hands-on execution. What You'll Do Lead ecommerce growth across Amazon (3P & Vendor), DTC platform, and third-party retail media channels Own key metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value Optimize product merchandising, content, and digital shelf performance across platforms. Drive Amazon strategy across listings, ads, pricing, and promotions, and partner with sales and operations on inventory planning, promotions, seasonal priorities and vendor negotiations Drive full-funnel performance marketing across paid and CRM channels to grow DTC revenue and profitability Oversee site performance (UX/UI, merchandising, speed, compliance) and lead CRO strategy including testing and personalization Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and Creative to optimize pricing, promotions, customer acquisition, and user experience through data-driven insights Build retention and lifecycle programs (email, SMS, subscriptions) Own and optimize subscription strategy, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and performance analytics, to drive recurring revenue and improve customer experience Launch and optimize retail media campaigns (Walmart, Target, Instacart) Develop performance reporting and dashboards, translate data into strategic insights, and evaluate emerging platforms to optimize channel mix and maintain a competitive edge Translate data into insights that drive strategy and performance Partner cross-functionally and lead external agencies and a small team What You Bring 7+ years of ecommerce and performance marketing experience with ownership of Amazon and DTC growth; CPG or consumer brand experience preferred Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools (Shopify, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, GA4, Klaviyo or similar CRM tools) Proven track record managing performance budgets across paid digital channels with a data-driven approach Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a test-and-learn mindset Why This Role Join a high-growth brand with strong momentum and market visibility Real ownership with the ability to make immediate impact Collaborative, fast-moving environment Opportunity to help scale a category-leading brand
