E-Commerce Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage the daily operations and spearhead the development of our e-commerce. If you have solid foundation in e-commerce backend processes and enjoy keeping systems running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate E-Commerce order processing and fulfillment operation.
• Oversee product listings across online marketplaces (Shopee, SiteGiant, etc.).
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and synchronization across platforms.
• Oversee return & refund processes and maintain clear documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution efficiently.
• Assist in E-commerce business development.
• Optimize and enhance operation and workflow for the E-Commerce team.
• Coordinate live session for E-commerce.
• Support in all aspects of E-commerce operations when necessary, helping maintain smooth and uninterrupted workflows.

What You Bring

• 3 years experience in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience on major platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.)
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic understanding of ERP & POS systems.

Nice to Have

• Hand-on experience on basic graphic or video editing
• Exposure on data analytics
• Experienced in customer journey improvement
