We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Digital Production Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital advertising channels. This role blends marketing technology, automation strategy, and hands-on digital production. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creative, with experience building marketing assets, managing automation platforms, and supporting digital campaign execution.

This position will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and account teams to build and launch digital campaigns while ensuring all assets are optimized for performance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across web, email, and digital media channels
  • Evaluate digital marketing ecosystems and recommend tools, platforms, and workflow improvements
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms including segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing workflows
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns including HTML email development, automation workflows, testing, and reporting
  • Produce digital campaign assets including HTML5 banner ads, landing pages, email templates, and web graphics
  • Translate creative concepts into digital executions across web, mobile, and advertising platforms
  • Create web-ready layouts and digital assets for websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media
  • Build HTML5 banners and interactive assets using animation tools
  • Ensure digital assets are optimized for responsiveness, performance, and platform specifications
  • Conduct quality assurance, troubleshooting, and proofreading of digital assets before launch
  • Organize and manage digital files across servers and asset management systems
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to support campaign launches and ongoing digital initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such like ActiveCampaign
  • Experience managing email marketing programs and automation workflows
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, or Animate
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and digital asset production
  • Experience building HTML5 banner ads using Adobe Animate or GSAP
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot digital marketing assets
