What You’ll Do

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you’ll be hands-on in both execution and leadership development:

● Represent brands at live events, retail campaigns, and promotional activations

● Drive customer acquisition and sales through face-to-face engagement

● Support and train new team members on sales strategies and product knowledge

● Assist in coaching and leading a team to hit daily & weekly performance goals

● Work alongside leadership to manage accounts and optimize campaign performance

● Track results, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities

● Help develop future leaders within the team
