Compensation: $115,000 – $150,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Overview
Osprey Talent Solutions is supporting a mission-focused national security partner seeking a Workforce Development & Transformation Leader to help guide the company through its next phase of growth.
The organization is expanding across several key national security hubs and is investing in the leadership, workforce strategy, and internal infrastructure needed to support that growth.
This role will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen workforce planning, leadership accountability, employee development, and organizational culture. The goal is to build the systems and leadership practices that allow the company to scale while preserving the mission-driven culture that has been central to its success.
This is not a traditional HR role. The focus is on building the people infrastructure that supports a growing, high-performing services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute workforce strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Develop scalable systems that support hiring, onboarding, development, and retention across multiple geographic hubs
- Strengthen leadership accountability and support managers through coaching, training, and clear performance expectations
- Design and implement employee development and learning frameworks that support long-term career growth
- Lead organizational transformation efforts as the company continues to grow and mature operationally
- Partner across the organization to ensure consistency in culture, communication, and employee experience
- Identify workforce gaps, anticipate organizational challenges, and implement solutions that support sustained growth
Qualifications
- Experience leading workforce strategy, organizational development, or talent transformation within a growing professional services organization
- Background supporting government contracting, defense, or national security environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems and processes that support organizational growth
- Comfort working across both strategic and operational levels of the business
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and managers across the organization
- Experience strengthening leadership capability, accountability, and performance culture
- Active clearance or ability to obtain one required

The ideal candidate understands how to build the people infrastructure behind a growing services organization. They are comfortable working with executive leadership, helping managers become stronger leaders, and creating systems that allow an organization to scale without losing its culture.
