Position Overview

Become a Marketing / Digital Media Intern at mlee.com – an innovative medical employment software and technology company. Based at 1901 N Lamar Blvd, Dripping Springs, TX, this part-time role (4–20 hours/week, flexible schedule) is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital and content marketing, including social media strategy, video editing, and email campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll assist the marketing/creative team in creating engaging content for websites, social media, sales efforts, and campaigns. This position is available for the spring semester with potential to extend into the summer.

Compensation: Hourly pay of $15–$20/hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule social media content aligned with brand guidelines to boost online engagement.
• Edit videos for marketing campaigns and website content using Adobe and AI software.
• Create impactful sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
• Assist with crafting touchpoint emails and calls to help achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for media, marketing, and creative projects.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or a Webhost is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, and a willingness to accept feedback and guidance.
• Motivation to work hard and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
