Description de l'emploi : Summary Ipsen’s Rare Disease franchise has been expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions. From a marketing standpoint, there is a critical need for excellence in strategic planning and execution to clearly define how we will best drive education of appropriate healthcare providers and patients, deliver successful launches, and win in highly competitive spaces. The Associate Director, Patient Marketing is a critical member of the IQIRVO brand team, responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of patient-centric marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving awareness, education, and engagement for patients living with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC). This role requires a deep understanding of the consumer marketing landscape, patient needs, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients. Ideal candidate should also have experience with product differentiation in a competitive marketplace. Cross-functional leadership skills and proven track record of building and executing marketing plans in collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners are critical in this role. Main Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive patient marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of IQIRVO, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and business goals. Patient Engagement: Lead marketing driven patient engagement initiatives to foster a strong sense of community and support among patients and caregivers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, regulatory, commercial and advocacy teams to ensure all patient marketing activities are compliant and aligned with company standards and regulations. PRC Navigation & Compliance: Expertly lead the development and submission of promotional materials through the PRC process, collaborating closely with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory partners to ensure all patient-facing tactics are compliant, high-quality, and launched on schedule. Content Creation: Oversee the creation and management of patient-focused content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring messaging is clear, empathetic, and informative. Media Planning & Management: Manage agency partners to develop and execute comprehensive media strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders to enhance the reach and impact of patient marketing efforts. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, patient feedback, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies. Budget Management: Manage the patient marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the effectiveness of patient marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts. Educational Outreach: Create and deliver educational materials and programs that inform patients and healthcare providers about IQIRVO, its benefits, and its proper use. Advocacy and Awareness: Advocate for patient needs within the organization and work to raise awareness about the challenges faced by those living with the specific rare disease treated by IQIRVO. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, Pharm D or MBA preferred Proven cross-functional leadership skills to lead across a complex matrix and drive alignment on patient-centric goals. At least 10 years of Biopharma commercial experience; minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing experience. Successful launch and post-launch growth experience in the rare or specialty categories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization. Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple complex patient projects simultaneously. Demonstrated consistent track record of success in driving brand awareness and patient activation. Strong scientific/medical aptitude with the ability to translate complex science into clear patient education. Significant experience in, and knowledge of, Rare Disease with complex science and reimbursement landscapes. Demonstrated success in project, vendor, and large-budget management to maximize marketing ROI. Extensive experience working within an environment of strict compliance; proven ability to expertly navigate the PRC process to successfully design and execute patient tactics and tools. Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate the patient journey to diverse stakeholders. Willingness/ability to travel domestically; international travel may be required. The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $255,000. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program. The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills.
