Marketing Data Entry Specialist 44

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Entry & CRM Analyst to support the migration, validation, and analysis of marketing and sales data across HubSpot and Salesforce.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring historical and current marketing lead data is accurately captured, cross-referenced, and analyzed to determine the effectiveness of paid advertising and marketing campaigns on sales outcomes and placements.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, validate, and maintain marketing and lead data within Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and consistency across both platforms

Support the migration of historical data from a homegrown CRM into Salesforce and HubSpot

Review and process all paid advertising leads, ensuring proper attribution and lifecycle tracking

Cross-reference marketing campaign data in Salesforce to determine:

Whether leads show call or activity history

If leads have progressed through defined lifecycle stages

Identify and reconcile discrepancies between marketing data, CRM records, and sales activity

Track and document which marketing efforts resulted in placements or conversions

Provide reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness, lead progression, and revenue impact

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of data entry experience

Experience working with a CRM -salesforce or HubSpot

Some healthcare knowledge
