Paid Ads Specialist

The Role We’re hiring a PPC (pay per click/paid ads) specialist to assist with managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and occasionally, Amazon Ads. This position is an hourly contract position. Pay Range: $25-$40 per hour. Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and other ad channels for multiple clients. Set up audiences, perform keyword research for bidding, and create effective A/B tests. Manage ad budgets of various sizes. Review and optimize campaigns for conversions. Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, CTR, and ROAS. Analytical mindset capable of tracking and auditing campaigns and utilizing metrics to create reports and provide optimization recommendations to clients. Required Experience Experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid media for multiple clients. Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing. Proficiency in keyword research and bidding strategies. Proficiency with reporting and analyzing full funnel metrics.
