Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate SEO Coordinator to join our Digital Acquisition team. You will play a crucial role in implementing SEO strategies to enhance our organic search visibility, product listings and website traffic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate, consistent, and efficient management of website, product and store information while driving improvements in data quality and usability. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of fashion retail SEO best practices, technologies and recent industry changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website SEO Strategy Implementation: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page optimization techniques, audit and update meta information, and work with the Digital Marketing team to drive organic search visibility, traffic and improve CR.
  • SEO Channels: Help develop and implement SEO strategies on additional channels such as YouTube, TikTok and LLMs (large language models). Help with the implementation of backlinks or PR campaigns and improve site authority.
  • Local SEO: Create, verify, and maintain store information on different digital platforms. Coordinate with our creative and paid media teams to implement store opening strategies on SEO channels.
  • Reporting: Maintain our SEO calendar, document activities and create SEO performance reports on a recurring basis. Create and present competitive analysis reports to our cross-functional teams.
  • Reputation Management: Collaborate with our digital team to constantly improve our presence and rankings on different digital reputation management platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid media team to improve shopping listings, SEM campaigns, keyword research, trends and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Proven SEO and/or website coding experience is an asset;
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Google My business, WebTrends);
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting performance data;
  • Experience in other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus;
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
