We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for daily operations across various platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces ensuring a seamless customer experience while optimizing sales performance.What's your role?Product Listing ManagementManage product listings (uploading, updating, and optimizing content: title, images, descriptions, pricing, etc.)E-Commerce & Marketing ExecutionManage e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, etc)Campaign & Promotion PlanningPlan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales (e.g. 7.7, 8.8, Payday Sale)Sales & Performance ReportingAnalyze sales data and generate performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or platform dashboardsPricing Review & OptimizationRegularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trendsCompetitor & Market ResearchMonitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvementWhat’s it like working at GJ Jewellery?We’re not your average workplace.
