The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and local community outreach while ensuring the brand experience remains strong across every customer touchpoint. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to support awareness, enrolment growth, and overall brand performance.

The ideal candidate is both creative and operationally strong — someone who can think strategically about marketing while also executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and analyzing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Planning
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual and written communications.
  • Develop marketing strategies that support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead quarterly marketing planning, aligning campaigns, events, and local activations with organizational goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, and leadership to ensure marketing supports broader business objectives.
  • Support new location launches by creating standardized marketing playbooks and launch plans.

Campaign Execution & Marketing Programs

  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital, community, and local channels.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables including signage, landing pages, promotional materials, and event support.
  • Develop and execute email communications, newsletters, and marketing content.
  • Manage social media and digital advertising initiatives including Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and SEO strategies.
  • Build community partnerships and outreach initiatives to strengthen local visibility and engagement.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to deliver marketing initiatives.

Content & Communications

  • Manage the marketing calendar and content planning cycle.
  • Develop messaging and storytelling that resonates with customers and community stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication across digital, social, print, and internal channels.
  • Provide communication templates and tools for local teams to ensure brand alignment.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics including inquiries, conversions, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to provide insights into marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution, ideally in a multi-location environment.
  • Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and community marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, SEO tools, and CRM/email platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage marketing projects from concept through execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
