Senior Growth Marketing

THE ROLE

Rail District Ventures is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing & Performance Manager to own demand generation, performance marketing, analytics, and full funnel optimization across our portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning data into action and strategy into measurable results.

You’ll work directly with the CMO, collaborate closely with brand and content partners, and have real ownership over how growth marketing shows up and scales.

This is a fully in-office role based in Birmingham.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own and evolve paid media strategy across search, social, retargeting, and video with room to test, learn, and push what works

Drive organic growth through SEO, CRO, and content performance optimization

Build and maintain clear, useful dashboards that tell a story and guide next steps

Analyze performance and confidently present insights, recommendations, and priorities to leadership

Manage media planning, buying, optimization, and measurement end-to-end

Connecting CRM, attribution, and lead lifecycle alignment with sales

Collaborate closely with the Social & Video Content Strategist to test creative and scale high-performing video

5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand marketing

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action

Experience across paid, organic, and video channels

Comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving, fully in-office environment
