DLL is accelerating its Digital Transformation — a multi‑year shift toward a modern value-driven product operating model where empowered teams, outcome‑based roadmaps, continuous discovery, and dynamic funding drive meaningful business value. As we transform how we build, deliver, and scale digital capabilities worldwide, we are establishing a high-impact Digital Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) function that connects corporate ambition with focused evidence‑led digital strategy and execution.

We are now seeking a Digital Portfolio Director — a senior digital portfolio leader ready to help shape DLL’s global digital, data and technology investment agenda, ensuring that capacity and investments are optimally allocated to strategic priorities that maximize customer and business value. Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategic Portfolio Management, you will have significant freedom in shaping your work in collaboration with leaders across Digital, Data, IT, Portfoliot Management, Regions, Commercial, Finance and Risk, to translate strategic direction into clear portfolio focus.

Day To Day

You will

  • Translate strategy into an actionable global digital portfolio, ensuring Digital, CRM, AI, Data, and IT initiatives align to measurable outcomes and customer value.
  • Drive value‑driven prioritization, presenting clear global portfolio view and evidence‑based recommendations on investment and capacity allocation.
  • Strengthen outcome-based, evidence-driven portfolio governance practices. Lead DLL’s portfolio operating rhythm. Analyse delivery progress, risks, outcomes and escalate issues as needed.
  • Orchestrates and influences cross-domain and regions stakeholder alignment, ensuring reconciliation and joint ownership across regions and domains
  • Champion modern value-driven product‑led ways of working, enabling empowered teams, outcome-based prioritisation and accountability across DLL.
  • This role sits at the heart of DLL’s transition from project‑centric planning to a product‑ and value‑driven enterprise — giving you a platform to shape both the “what” and the “how” of our digital future.

Essentials

  • 12+ years of experience in portfolio, strategy or digital transformation
  • Recognised expert in successful running Strategic Portfolio Management in a Financial or Technology product-driven company
  • Strong understanding of product operating models and agile ways of working
  • Experience in digital/technology transformation in complex environments
  • Skilled stakeholder manager across senior and cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
  • Able to operate autonomously
  • Comfortable operating in a changing ‘start-up’ like environments
  • Experience with dynamic funding or rolling‑forecast models
  • Able to simplify integrate multiple often conflicting perspectives and translate complexity into actionable insights
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments

Desired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PA

Applicable Pay Range $173.015,20 - $259.522,80

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
