Job Requirements

  • Academic Credentials: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
  • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of verified history in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the software, IT services, or digital agency sectors.
  • Linguistic Versatility: Expert-level proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation across three languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Technical Literacy: A comprehensive understanding of web-based architectures, mobile application frameworks, and contemporary digital marketing strategies.
  • Sales Competencies: Proven skill in lead generation, pitching to high-level stakeholders, and authoring professional business proposals.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive professional capable of performing under pressure and operating effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly analytical with a disciplined approach to client follow-ups and resolving complex technical or commercial challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Solution Consulting: Evaluate specific client needs to propose customized web development, mobile applications, and strategic digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Business Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new commercial opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, professional networking, advertising, and cold calling.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, managing the process from initial lead discovery through to contract execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term client partnerships through consistent, proactive communication and high-quality service.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver bespoke sales presentations, detailed cost estimations, and formal project bids tailored to client objectives.
  • Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal marketing and technical teams to ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry shifts and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge and high-level domain expertise.
