Thorlabs strives to advance science through innovative technologies. As an Ecommerce Project Manager II, you'll drive execution under senior ecommerce leadership, interface with stakeholders, and transform business requests into actionable developer requirements.

You'll collect detailed technical and business requirements, representing developers' needs in discussions.
Initial issue triage, timely escalation of urgent needs, proposal and scoping of code deliveries, and effective cross-functional communication are also essential job functions.
Additionally, you'll identify, assess, and mitigate risks to timeline and business value, analyze business fit, and prepare materials guiding requirements-gathering and task acceptance activities.
