We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to empower our team by transforming raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to deliver valuable intelligence that drives strategic business decisions for stakeholders across the organization.
What You Will Do
Data Management: Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze data to identify trends, create dashboards and reports, and visualize key findings.
Insight Generation & Reporting: Translate data into actionable insights, deliver regular performance reports, and provide recommendations.
Business Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs, deliver relevant insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Optimize data processes, implement best practices, and stay current with BI technologies.

What We Need From Our Data Analyst
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with coding languages (Python, R).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics or relevant fields preferred
- 1-2 Years of relevant work experience preferred
- Master's Degree a plus
