Lead Product Manager - Digital Banking

Join our client as a Lead Product Manager, where you'll combine strategic vision with practical execution to drive key initiatives in business banking digital products. Your primary focus will be on delivering seamless experiences for both consumer and business users. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the SVP of Product, Product Technology, UX, and Operations, to shape and implement an innovative product strategy in a dynamic environment.
We are seeking a proactive leader who can navigate both the high-level strategy and the fine details, adept in defining long-term roadmaps while also troubleshooting user flows and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our digital banking products, guiding them from idea generation through launch and scaling.
- Facilitate robust cross-functional collaboration involving design, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure product success.
- Define and refine UX and feature requirements for new products, extensions, and third-party integrations, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee mobile app experiences for business banking customers, prioritizing usability, security, and active engagement.
- Utilize data and customer insights to build compelling business cases and prioritize impactful product initiatives.
- Stay updated on fintech and banking trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Mentor junior product managers, providing constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of products.
- Embody a get-it-done attitude by moving swiftly, making informed trade-offs, and delivering results that matter.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in both consumer and business-facing digital products.
- Extensive expertise in financial services, particularly in fintech or business banking.
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful products that resonate with customers.
- Strong abilities in product strategy, user experience, and feature specification.
- Experience managing mobile app products and third-party integrations effectively.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of crafting data-driven business cases that are compelling and persuasive.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style culture that values agility and innovation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution—willing to get hands-on when necessary.
- A genuine passion for developing disruptive digital products that address real customer needs.
